Sesame Street hit by porn hack

The shows YouTube channel was taken offline after hackers managed to upload several explicit pornographic videos on Sunday evening.

It is unclear how the attach occurred, but several pornographic movies each about eight minutes long, were uploaded to the channel.

Sesame Street producers released a statement saying: "Our channel was compromised and we are presently working with YouTube to restore our original content."

The channel was placed back online late Sunday evening.
